		START – Père-Marquette Street, between des Braves and Belvédère.
		Take Père-Marquette, going East. Go up to des Braves.
		Turn left on des Braves. Go up to chemin Ste-Foy.
		Cross chemin Sainte-Foy and turn right. Go up to avenue de l’Alverne.
		Take Père-Marquette, going West, up to Joffre.
		Turn right on Joffre, go to the end of the street.
		Go down the Escalier Joffre.
		Turn right on boulevard Charest. Go up to Verdun.
		Turn right on Verdun.
		Go up the Escalier de la Pente-Douce.
		Cross côte Franklin.
		Go up the staircase that leads to the Parc des Braves.
		Cross the Park going towards chemin Sainte-Foy. (straight up)
		Go up the staircase that leads out of Parc des Braves, up to Chemin Sainte-Foy
		Turn left on chemin Sainte-Foy. Go up to Alverne.
		Turn left on Alverne .
		Go down the Escalier des Franciscains.
		Turn right on Arago. Go up to Victoria.
		Turn right on Victoria.
		Go up Escalier Victoria.
		At the top of the staircase, turn right at the footbridge and go to the end of it.
		Go up the Escalier Colbert.
		Go down côte Salaberry until the intersection of rue Arago and boulevard Langelier.
		Turn right on Arago, go up to Horacio-Nelson.
		Go up the Escalier Lavigueur.
		Turn left on Lavigueur. Go up to côte Badelard.
		Go down the Escalier Badelard.
		Turn right on Arago. Go up to la Couronne.
		Go up the Escalier du Faubourg.
		Turn left on Saint-Réal. Go to the intersection côte Sainte-Geneviève and côte d’Abraham.
		Cross the côte d’Abraham.
		Go down the Escalier de la Chapelle.
		Turn right on Saint-Vallier. Go up to escalier Lépine.
		Go up the Escalier Lépine.
		Keep going on Saint-Augustin, until côte d’Abraham.
		Turn left on côte d’Abraham.
		Cross Honoré-Mercier.
		Keep going on Soeurs de la Charité.
		Turn left on des Glacis.
		Cross the côte de la Potasse.
		Go down the Escalier des Glacis.
		Turn right on Saint-Vallier.
		At Vallière, go strait ahead across the park toward côte du Palais.
		Cross des Vaisseaux-du-Roi and côte Dinan.
		Turn left at des Remparts. Go up to Saint-Flavien.
		Go down the staircase in front of Saint-Flavien.
		Cross the côte de la Canoterie.
		Turn right on côte Dambourges.
		Turn left on rue Sous-le–Cap.
		Go down the Escalier du passage du Chien (on your left).
		Turn right on Sault-au-Matelot, up to côte de la Montagne.
		Turn right on côte de la Montagne, go about 10 meters.
		Cross côte de la Montagne.
		Turn left on Notre-Dame towards Place-Royale.
		Go up the Escalier du Passage du roi (the staircase goes through the Centre d’interprétation building).
		Cross the côte de la Montagne.
		Go up the côte de la Montagne on the side walk.
		Go up the small staircase going up to the parc Montmorency, then turn right.
		Cross the footbridge that goes over the côte de la Montagne.
		Go up the Escalier Frontenac up to the gazebo.
		Go down the sidewalk from the gazebo to place d’Armes.
		Turn right on du Fort.
		Turn left after the gazebo and go all the way across the wood terrace.
		Go up the staircases of the Promenade des Gouverneurs up to the Plains of Abraham.
		Turn right on Cap-Diamant. Go up to Georges V.
		Turn right on George V. Go up to Grande Allée.
		Cross Grande Allée.
		Go to the main entrance of the Parliament building.
		Go up the left side of the round staircase.
		Go down the right side of the round staircase.
		At the bottom of the staircase, turn left on the sidewalk.
		Turn right at the first sidewalk intersection. Go up to Honoré Mercier.
		Cross Honoré Mercier.
		Cross the sidewalk and keep going toward the stone wall.
		Turn left at the first footpath. Go up to Dauphine.
		Cross Dauphine.
		Turn right on Dauphine. Go up to the Kent Gate (but do not go through it).
		Go down the street that follows the stonewall towards Carré d’Youville.
		Go through the Saint-Jean Gate.
		Turn left just after the gate.
		Go down the small staircase going to the Parc de l’Artillerie.
		Go up the staircase on your left (going over the gate).
		After the gate, go down the footpath that goes toward d’Auteuil.
		Turn left on d’Auteuil.
		Turn right on the staircase that goes over the Kent Gate.
		After the gate, stay on the footpath that follows the top of the stonewall on your right.
		Go down Saint-Louis Gate staircase (do not go through the gate).
		Cross Saintt-Louis.
		Keep going on the side street going towards the Citadelle.
		Stay on the footpath that follows the wall of the Citadelle.
		Go down the staircase of the Citadelle (at the end of the footpath).
		Go down the staircase towards avenue Saint-Denis.
		Turn right on avenue Saint-Denis.
		Go down the Escalier de la Terrasse.
		Turn left on the street of the terrasse Dufferin.
		Turn left on Sainte-Geneviève.
		Turn right on De la Porte.
		Turn left on Mont-Carmel.
		After the last house on Mont-Carmel, go down the park staircase on your right.
		Take the sidewalk on you left at the bottom of the staircase.
		Turn right on Corps-de-Garde.
		Turn right on chemin Saint-Louis.
		Keep going on place d’Armes across the Château Frontenac.
		Keep going on rue du Fort.
		Turn right across rue De Buade.
		Go down the Escalier Charles-Baillairgé.
		Turn right on côte de la Montagne.
		Go down the Escalier du Casse-Cou on your right.
		Keep going on rue du Petit-Champlain
		Go down Escalier du Cul-de-Sac on your left.
		Turn right on boulevard Champlain.
		Go up the Escalier du Quai–du-Roi.
		Turn left on rue du Petit-Champlain.
		Keep going on boulevard Champlain for about half a kilometer.
		Take the rue du Petit-Champlain, on your right, for about 1 kilometer.
		Go up the Escalier du Cap-Blanc on your right (yep, 396 steps!).
		Take the footpath on your left up to rue Georges VI.
		Turn left on rue Georges VI. Go up to Grande Allée.
		Cross Grande Allée. Keep going strait ahead up to Père-Marquette.
		Turn left on Père Marquette, up to the FINISH LINE.
