These fees cover part of the organization cost of the Health 5K, such as:
 
  • Transportation to the starting site
  • Souvenir medals
  • T-Shirts
  • Bibs
  • Registration and promotional forms
  • Participants refreshments and food

    • Checks and money orders are payable to "Health 5K". Visa or Master Card credit cards are accepted. As per August 24, 2009, paiements must be made in cash (CAN or US) or by credit card.

    A $10 service charge will be assessed on all returned checks.

    Please note the date that your check can be cashed is considered as the registration date.

    Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
     
    Phone Registration

    You need a credit card to register by phone at the Run Quebec City's Office at (418) 694-4442.
     
    On-line Registration

    Registration will soon be open.
     
    Registration by Mail

    Forms are available in many places, at the Run Quebec City's Office and also in all the Greater Quebec City's McDonald's .

    Last Minute Registration

    Participants can also register at the Pfizer Sports and Fitness Expo Show held at the Quebec City Convention Center, held on August 28 and 29.
     
    Bib Pick-up (You MUST HAVE A BIB to participate at the Health 5K)

    Participants are invited to pick-up their bib and all information concerning the weekend activities at the Sports and Fitness Expo Show held at the Quebec City Congress Center.
     

    The bib gives free access to transportation, services on the course and at the finish site, the souvenir medal and much more.

       

    The Sports and Fitness Expo Show
     

    The show will bring together many exhibitors of sports clothing and shoes, food products, sports medicine, other running events, and outdoor activities and much more.
