Register to the Health 5K and then, fill the fundraising form available,
at the Run Quebec City's
Office and in all Quebec City and area's McDonald's.
The form will soon be available.
Turning in the pledges
Pledges must be turned in at the Pfizer Sports
and Fitness Expo while picking up your bib (note that you must
have a bib to participate in the Health 5K).
Come to the Health 5K
booth to hand in your fundraising form with collected funds.
